NEMRC Dos programs only appear on the top half of the screen
Solution
Change the command prompt setting in the Windows 2000 and XP registry back to the defaults.

- Backup registry
- Make sure you did step 1
- Open regedit.exe
- Find and Delete the key HKEY_CURRENT_USER->Console
- Find and Delete the key HKEY_USERS->.Default->Console
