NEMRC System FAQ
When printing ON WIDE PAPER the right characters are cut off.
It is likely that the Windows printer you are printing to has a "Unprintable Area" defined. To change it do the following.
- Press Start->Setting->Printers
- Right click on the printer in question
- Choose Properties
- Look thru the Tabs for a button called "Unprintable Area"
- When found, click on it and make sure they are all zero.
It could also be that the default paper for your printer is too narrow. To change it do the following.
- Press Start->Setting->Printers
- Right click on the printer in question
- Choose Properties
- Look thru the Tabs for a paper size
- When found, look for the paper size US SF or Standard Fanfold. 14 7/8" x 11" click on it and save your changes
- Also check the unprintable area as specified above
